Congress Date and Venue
IDEA 2019 Congress will take place at Wyndham Grand Levent Hotel – Istanbul between dates of 24 – 28 April, 2019.

Congress Language
Congress official languages are Turkish and English. Simultaneous translation will be available from Turkish to English and English to Turkish.

Name Badge
Badges will be distributed at the registration desks. Participants without badges will not be admitted to the congress activities.

Certificate of Attendance
Certificate of attendance will be provided to all registered attendants.

Invitation Letter
Official invitation letters are prepared by Congress Secretariat, and can only been issued upon registration completion. Purpose of providing invitation letters is only to help participants get permission from their institutions and they will not hold any financial liability.

Exhibition Area
Pharmaceutical and medical companies will be presenting their products at their stand areas during the Congress. Exhibition will be open during the Congress.

Registration & Information
Registration and information desks will open at Wyndham Grand Levent Hotel lobby during Congress dates from 08:00 to 19:00.
